In order to help the people affected by this devastating storm, PartyPoker.com is hosting a special Hurricane Help Tournament on Wednesday, September 7, 2005.
We have allocated 90% of the prize pool for charity, and PartyPoker.com will donate a sum equal to the prize pool to the relief efforts. So, if there are 2,000 people playing in the tournament, PartyPoker.com will donate $60,000. We will donate an additional $54,000 from the prize pool to charity, and pay out $6,000 to the winners.
