I think this needs an update... 1 post per person, no excessive bumping... Anyone have any other ideas?

I dont think these guys can read. There are some spammers that have posted 3 pages full of crap like "This promotion is still valid" and so on..

The spam forum decreases the reputation of PAW, in my opinion. Could hurt the site in major search engines, and following that, hurt us because of our signature links?
