Which is generally better poker or sportsbook? Is it possible to do sportsbook affiliation and be in the US. Just wondering. Are there any real good ones who have both?

I would definitly stick to promoting poker and get people signed up on MGR... Some players will only deposit a few hundred but there are people that will play alot and they will provide residual income for you,, my 2 cents

They don't work with special bonus codes as far as I know but for individual player tracking your players may add your site's name in "How did you hear about us" field.

Their customer support for players is excellent but for affiliates 24 hours (few hours or minutes sometimes depends on the affiliate manager)
