SunPoker is proud to announce, starting June 2007, the addition of Headhunter Challenge Tournaments to our tournament schedule.
Payout Structure
50% Prize Pool - 50% Bounty
In Headhunter Challenge tournaments, every single player has a bounty on their head so a player gets paid for every single player they knock out. Even better, the bounty on a player's head increases with every knockout.
Bounty Structure
At the beginning of the tournament a player's bounty price will be equivalent to 50% of the buy-in + their headhunter rating. For every player a player knocks out, they will be credited with 75% of the bounty in cash and the other 25% will be added to their bounty.
Winning the Tournament
If a player wins the tournament, they take home the prize pool + the value of their head. In addition, the player's headhunter rating increases. The player who has the highest headhunter rating at the end of the week advances to the Weekly Champions Tournament!
