For those of you promoting the Paradise Ipods tourney, I sent an email to all the players that next week we will be attempting a $2 buy-in event. This will substantially shrink the field and will give players a better chance of actually winning.
More importantly it will hopefully stimulate some
conversions. I think we should do this every other week now that we have the critical mass. Out of the 250+ players we have playing I'm sure there are some that play for real money and more importantly it will get our regulars to make that first deposit.
Of course the 14 year old kids will complain about it (as a few already have) but honestly I don't care. Were all in business to make money and this will actually make our depositing customers happier as they will now have a much better chance of winning.
Also the winner during the free week will........or should have the $2 in their account to play for the ipod the next week from their win. So this shouldn't be a concern.
Cheers to everyone for getting this thing ramped up to such a large amount of players. Let's start converting them now. B)
