Forgot to put in the bonus code

I forgot to put in the bonus code when i was creating my account and i've sent several emails to support. The first couple never got answered and now they're being rejected. I don't want to have to create a new account with new information and stuff, i just want support to apply the bonus code to my existing account. I NEED HELP!!!
