Suggestions for Article management and news management system

Searched a lot of site but could not find what im looking for .

Need an easy to use article management system ,

where i can use my own template , and i can upload new articles . where the system will then list it on a main article page and create a new page with the complete article

also need it to list the last 5 articles published on an index page .

It can be paid or free if anyone know of a system like this .
