Starting a new website Need a designer

I have been out of the affiliate world for about a year now and focused mainly on playing poker.

I use to have 3 websites and did pretty well with them in the past, I am looking to start another website. With a forum, about 10 pages of content, pictures and links.

3. Bi-weekly updates.
