Im looking for a good easy to install and use newsletter script to install at a new site. I mean so that visitors can signup to recive newsletters.
Can anyone recommed something?

You may wish to search the forums on this topic as it's been discussed a few times with some good advice.

I personally use and recommend Aweber for managing lists. It takes about 5 minutes to set up a sign up form, then you simply paste a short line of code to your site. Beyond that, you're all set!
