I created this site, but don't know how to structure sales

How can I go about selling domain names for other people without
getting stuck? I want to charge people to list domains, but it is not automated and takes me a good 20 minutes to list something.

If I charged 1.00$ per listing I'll loose 20 minutes of labor. Plus I'ts connected to my paypal. So them I would have to get the money from the buyer keep it aside. Wait for domain to transfer.

Should I just sell my own domains?

Please advise me.

What did I ask that is really dumb? The site is going to be syndicated over sites and hit people looking at poker sites and how to start poker sites. That why I'm doing alternative to tndam. Sort of like the site WEb20forsale.com.

Another thing that is dumb about this is that I have no way of adding their paypal. So I would be selling someones site for lets say"20$" and then, what I could charge 1$ for the listing? That mean I spend 20 minutes plus labor to make 1$ only to have to charge the the person transaction fees and then be in trouble if they dont turn over the domain name.

So now I'm thing of just selling my domains through it.

If anyone can think of something to help me make the transaction easier please tell me. Perhaps maybe for other peoples domains or sites
I dont have paypal buy now, and just give the contact of the other person so it's a classified instead?

Although I like that you are thinking "outside the box" and trying to find new revenue sources, I think you may have failed to think this through. Obviously you have a nice idea but you don't have the resources to do it properly.

It kinda like me deciding to buy "fix it uper houses" and then realizing I don;t have the money to "fix 'em up". so I'm stuck with the houses as is. This isn;t a great business model and is obv. flawed.

Whenever I brainstorm new ideas and come up wit something, i have to think it through to the end before I started to make sure I can accomplish what I want to do.

Anyway, nice idea but you need to look at the end result.
