I have somewhere between 50-100 pages that need to be copied into wordpress, just a quick copy paste, fill out the title, and the SEO stuff.

Then you'll need to add a 301 redirect for every page that gets changed.

I always try and figure out a script to automate these things, maybe I should make one and sell it to you instead, lol.

If you added an rss feed to the existing site you could use a simple rss import or other auto content solution to populate the wordpress.

yeah, but she probably has the pages in .doc or .txt files saved locally on her machine.

Then I'd use an article posting script to do it. Instead of setting it to post one article per day - tell it to do post up 100/day

Wouldnt this also cause extra code? Anytime I have seen someone import content into wordpress via email or a word doc they ended up with the extra code in the html based on what they used while importing it. The only way I have seen it without the text code is when doing it by hand
