Default Full css web designer

Hi, I looking for a web designer with experience with full css templates. My budget is around $300. (I'm not looking for someone to just slightly modify a free css template and add a few unique images). Pm me if you are interested and we can get into specifics.

Thanks

--edit--
BTW, if anyone has any good referrals please feel free to pm me, if I am happy with the service I will give you a free backlink.. I would just go to sitepoint but they want me to make 20 posts and wait a month or something like that....thanks.

Just a little feedback from my experience in case its helpful at all.

Many good designers are not good at coding a website. Kundan designed sites are a good example, there code is horrible but design is great for the price.

Its great to find some that can do both but with it being so difficult treating them as a separate projects often works.

Also worth noting is that I've yet to find anyone on PAW who designs sites with simple non bloated code. If someone finds one they should send them over here because they could probably make a fortune just recoding all those Kundan designed sites members have here. If I was not so tied up in other project I might consider doing that myself.

The guys here competing for freelance work maybe should strongly consider taking up CSS design because there would likely be a big demand for someone thats good at it.

Thanks for the info Prop, I believe Kundan does full css but I think he is pretty busy these days so I didn't ask him. I know there is some guy on sitepoint that will convert a standard html template into css for like $80 but I don't already have a html template I need converted. I have been using basic css templates on several sites and mod'ing them but the problem is that when it comes to the actual layout of the content I end up using tables because I don't the time/skills (although I bet i could...maybe lol) to code them.

I am just hoping to find a solid designer that can do it all...I should mention I am willing to go over $300 and I will probably end up needing several more single page layouts.

I was assuming the reason for wanting css was in addition to the ease of updating was also reduce page source code and put content closer body opening. If so the css I've seen on his sites he did is brutal (same for his php design, very brutal). They are outstanding at design work but programming / css / coding etc. does not seem to be their niche, or they don't appear good at it I should say.

$80 to convert HTML template into really nice code seems about right (great price actually if its quality). Why not just have Kundan do template and have that guy do css?

Well, I have never actually seen an example of his work (the guy that converts html into css)...I guess it would be prudent to check into it...but I'm just assuming its not that good because of the price.

I'd be interested to see how this works out - been thinking about getting something CSS work done myself, but been slightly concerned by bloated code too ...

I just talked to Kundan...he showed me some examples of his css work and I am impressed and the price is around my budget. I will wait a couple days to see if I get any other offers...if not I will definitely post the finished product so you can check it out....thanks

PM me some examples of what you're after. I can code non-bloated xhtml/css taking use of attributes where they should be used.

I can probably do this for you at a good price but I need a few more details.

We use psdgator.com for coding and they have done a great job. They charge $99 per page coded in html/css and they also do php and wordpress. All of the images are in css and no tables. Everything is in div tags. Turn around time is quick. Just create a design contest at 99designs.com and ship them the psd file.
