High Quality Quick Turnaround Design Work

My friend is a high quality graphic designer who was made redundant from his job last Month and I'm trying to help him out with some work...

He can design as well as code in html/css although I haven't seen the quality of his coding work.

If you need any graphics or site layouts made let me know the details and I'll send them to him, he can do great work in short spaces of time, athough he hasn't got a portfolio or anything up online..
