Quick Question

Just a quick and easy question. If I am going to do a tournament and offer a prize instead of money, how can I be sure that the winner is the one who I send the prize to? How can i make sure that some railbird doesn't email me claiming to be the winner,thus causing confusion, delay etc?

Confirm the e-mail with your affiliate manager.

I mean, get the username of the winner, than e-mail the affiliate manager and ask for the contact e-mail and name of the user with that username.

I remember talking to Carly. This is for Stars anyway. You have to ask the player to email support and allow them to disclose their player id etc. They have to make that contact first and than the room will validate the player id with the email.
