Rss on Wordpress?

Hi there for the life of me cant figure out how to get the PAW Rss feed to work in my Wordpress Sidebar Widget.

I tried using html code for PAW rss feed in text sidebar widget, and that didn't work..

I was also wondering if this how you are inserting your banners into your sidebars on Wordpress (html into text box)?
