access to files from my computer on my website

I'm not really sure how to formulate this but I have a bonus-offer website and would like to add poker e-books and online poker video I have on my computer. I would like to add all this on my website so poeple can have access to all this.

What is the best way to proceed?

I'm not entirely sure what you are looking to do, but if you are looking to add sections to your website and add pages, you will need to use frontpage or dreamweaver. But to learn how to do that is beyond the scope of a thread on a forum, so you will need to play around and practice with the programs, possibly look up tutorials too.

If you just want them to be downloadable, you can just upload them to your public_html file and link to them. Therefore people can just right click > save file as, and download the files.

I have no problem to add pages or sections so thats one thing I know how to do, I'm on register.com and its very user-friendly.

OK, so you have an e-book on your pc and some videos. It sounds like your asking how to upload those files from your PC to website host???
