What do you think of my rakeback site design?

I am planning on setting up a RakeBack site in the netherlands. I wonder what you guys think of the design I made . This is just a preview, it's not finished yet.

It's a nice design but it will be hard to give you a great deal of feedback until the site is live and we are able to navigate around the site.

Looks pretty good so far. One thing I would modify would be the sidebar - it looks like it could do with a little more structure. I think you should consider designing it so that you can incorporate easy-to-use navigation into it.

Don't put the live visitor number right on the top there. Waste of text - put it at the bottom if at all.. especially if the number is going to be low
