From wordpress to CMS... Which one to choose?

omg DRUPAL is a nightmare.. I have no idea how anyone uses these CMS's I so want to expand my site but fail miserably everytime..

I mean WTF are:
Views
Nodes
Taxonomy
Vocabulry
Modules
Blocks

blah blah

None of it makes sense. If only drupal wasnt built by nerds for nerds i might have a chance at creating somthing..
As for joomla nothing is ever updated. I make a site 2 months later Joomla gets updated and no modules do. So your left with a pile of crap.

Let me help you with Drupal.

Node- Piece of information. It is the building block of drupal. A node can be a page, a post in a forum, blog post.

Module- Think of it like a plugin for Drupal. It allows more functionality. For example, the thing that allows you to have a forum is a module.

Taxonomy- Allows you to assign tags to your content.

Blocks - Easy. Things like the "All in Programs" on the right side of pokeraffiliateprograms.com is a block.

Views - It is a module that allows you to make custom views of content.

Go to my website. I just now started building it with Drupal on saturday.

www.freepokervidz.com/videos was done using the Views module.
www.freepokervidz.com the "Video Cloud Tags" and "Latest Videos" are blocks. The "Latest Video Block" was actually built using the Views module.

Please excuse some of the info on my website. It is far from complete, as I haven't had a lot of time to work on it.
