Default ipoker and rakeback on same site?

Ok, so I know that you can't advertise ipoker offers if you have rake in the name of your site, which I don't, but is it OK to promote ipoker bonuses and rakeback for Full Tilt etc on the same site?

Well I don't see anyone answering this yet and I don't do rakeback but while rooms can set whatever terms they want this doesn't seem reasonable. However the best way to find out often is to do something until they make you stop I don't expect you're going to give up rakeback entirely for their sake so you can't go too far wrong just doing it

If you want to play on the safe side you can also ask to your affiliate manager. For sure you'll get different answers from different ipoker poker rooms.

I'm not sure asking the affiliate manager is the best idea. Depending on the person, this is like asking McDonalds if they want you to have Burger King located next door. Ideally from their perspective you woudn't have any other rooms being promoted at all Now most AM's will be upfront with you here but there may be some who will try to throw some convoluted interpretation of their T+C at you and you may end up being more confused than before you asked. If you have a good relationship with yours then this can't hurt I guess. The bottom line here though is that you aren't allowed to promote these rooms with rakeback but this doesn't mean that you can't promote other deals that way and they really don't have a say anyway how you promote Full Tilt for instance. That's the understanding out there generally anyway and I've never heard of a site being penalized for this. There were some rooms that took a hit for having rakeback in their URL as someone had mentioned but as long as that's not the case for you then you're fine and don't have to wake up any dogs here
