Well that line gives it away since we would say "by an English person."

Actually I think it's written "from" a Ukranian person but it's actually not that bad really, a few minor grammar mistakes and such but on the other hand I don't expect many English people know what the hell is going on in Ukraine so I wouldn't worry about it

hey never mind the grammar mistakes. Even the big shots have them. Important is to get a good google ranking

Well yeah people tend to pay too much attention to this stuff but you still want to pay some attention to it. As a general rule, English readers will perceive you as less intelligent to varying degrees even though the problem may just be that it isn't your native language.

This is some horrible content. It am not a native English speaker , and I spotted the poor quality of this piece from the very first moment. This person might be rather fluent in English for a foreigner but he is not a content writer - his phrasing is all wrong.
