Default PR3 Job Board Site for Sale

I've had this site I've been meaning to sell for a long time now because I simply don't have time to work on it. The site is a small niche market job board called RetailHeroes (http://www.retailheroes.com/).

It's an established PR3 website that has been around for about 2 years, with the domain being registered since April '05. The industry is the loss prevention job industry (retail theft industry). The site ranks in the top 10 in Google for it's two important keywords "loss prevention jobs" and "lp jobs". The site has been abandoned for some time now as I never have time to work on it, but it has around 650 register job seekers and 50-60 registered job employers, plus quite a few resume uploads.

The backend of the site is powered by a $200 suite of software called webJobs by webScribble (http://www.webscribble.com/products/webjobs/). I also bought the additional $40 plugin to the system can accept PayPal checkout. The site currently is it setup to make money by charge employers for their job postings, but it could be used for an adsense site or lots of other things.

The software that powers the site pretty neat. It has very good member management tools. Easy to control the price of job postings and lots of configuration options on the backend of things (read previous URL for list of features). It currently runs an old version of webJobs 1.0 but I have the files for the 2.0 upgrade if the new owner is interested in upgrading it.

The site seems to average somewhere around 40-60 unique visitors per day, mostly all from Google and the search terms mentioned above. This definitely a fixer-up project for someone. I'm not going to have much time to help the buyer learn the ropes of the site but none of it is very difficult. I will also let the site continue to be hosted on my hosting account for a few months to come after the purchase.

I'm not looking for a ton for the site. I'm going to set the BIN at $600 just because I think the established domain, software, rankings, members, and little traffic is worth it. I'm going to start the bidding at $200 and you can bid in $25 increments. I will kill the auction to the highest bidder in the next 48 hours or so or whenever if the BIN is reached. PM me if you have any questions or would like to bid.
