Bonus Site Sale

I don't really want to sell it but need funds to finance a bigger project so I'm posting up here to see if there is any body interested in it's potential.

The site is carbon poker related with VERY (read: the best) good carbon bonus related keywords, highly optimized for conversions and SEO. It uses an optimized (stripped down, appearing as a static site) version of WP and should be easily set to make $x,xxx a year with little effort.

I had this site up as a blog to age, and was ranking top three for it's terms across the board - but as we turned robots.txt off for over ten days while designing it (slowly) the results have dissapeared and the cache has not updated.

I am selling the site NOT for a bargain deal, so just take the honest description of what it is and if you are not interested at my price, simply lose interest and move on as I will keep it and find another way to finance my project below my reserve.

PM me for exact URL - I am selling with a reserve of $1,500 just on the pure anticipation that the rankings will quickly recover. Anyone should be able to rank with this mini-site with little or even no effort.

For auction purposes:

Minimum Bid - $1,500

BIN - $2,500

Ends - at BIN or highest offer over reserve in one week or less. It won't sell for less than reserve so don't ask.

There is some unfinished pages that I will finalize for buyer before delivery.

I would strongly prefer that anyone keeps their opinions on value out of this thread, as I am clearly offering it at a premium price based on my percieved value of it - specifically for someone who recognizes the ease of which it will make the BIN annually. I have included as much info as I have about it, so I regret I will have no more info for you on this site at this time.

Just clarifying due to pm's I do not expect to get my BIN - I put that out there for sake of having an auction with specific qualifications.

I do however expect to get more than my reserve as a minimum, as it's the smallest value I would let it go for, and will easily make that with very little work (if any at all).
