Default Carbon Poker Site for Sale

Carbon Poker is an online poker site packed with potential. Their new software v4.4 is kick ass they have more features and games than any other site and their traffic should start to pick up as they expand and keep adding rooms to the network. The nice thing too is their commission and affiliate programs. The AMs are always hanging around here on PAP, their program pays really well and they have affiliate freerolls etc. The player value at the moment is the real downside, but its not to difficult to convert a lot of players so it kind of evens out some.

For anyone looking to promote Carbon Poker I have a site I created a few weeks ago for sale. My team put a lot of effort into the creation of this site and kind of fell in love with it in the process. We planned on creating it and reselling it off the bat, but had temporary second thoughts and were wavering in deciding if we want to keep it or not. We finally decided to let it go though I'm sure it won't be without minor regrets.

The site is Carbon Poker Now [dot] com with no spaces or dashes.

Its newly listed in google so traffic will fluctuate. The past week its been 10-12 visitors per day.

Here is some of the terms it ranks for:

Ranks #12 for Carbon Poker
Ranks #10 for Carbon Poker Bonus
Ranks #15 for Carbon Poker Review
Ranks #5 for Carbon Poker Comp Points
Ranks #3 for Carbon Comp Points
Ranks #13 for Tina Wallman

Again the site is new and hardly has any backlinks - the new owner is strongly advised to go get some ASAP - we'll leave the few we put up for a while and they're nothing special, but we want you to get good value out of this so will give you plenty of time to replace the few random ones we did, and the few we've done from articles will be permanent.

This is a 26 page site with each page filling or more than filling its template.
I haven't specifically checked but it should also be valid WC3 complaint code. One thing is for sure, it doesn't have major code bloats like many of the new sites listed for sale here.
Its currently using wordpress as a CMS making it easy to update pages. The menus are mostly written in dummy PHP meaning even someone that don't know much at all about coding can add and adjust the menus easily.

The BIN is $2200. I had previously quoted a few people a lower BIN price but this was weeks ago before the site was done and more content and work has been done on it since, making it much more detailed of a site then I had initially invisioned it to be. Once I started to think we might keep it I got really carried away with adding more, treaking more, and fine combing it.

In my mind the $2200 price seems about right, but I've been wrong before and am not all that experianced with selling newly designed sites - I'm willing to let the market dictate its selling price which will help me guage for future sales as well - so basically saying: $2200 buy it now or best reasonable offer.

Will be honest here, not even a single bit.
I have a carbon poker mini site not even as close to as detailed an optimized as this that pulled in $3K (will pull) its first year and Carbon has grown since then. - I was surprised this sat all day and didn't even get a lowball offer.

Guess that means my BIN is too high. Open to offers, if no ones interested will open it up to site point.

Keep in mind these search results are brand spanking new, its up to #9 for single search Carbon Poker, obviously bouncing and adjusting with being new. The right person won't lose money with this site. Pretty sure I could get it up to top 3 for Review, Bonus and Single Search in under 4 weeks but don't want to use the established site resources on new posts to do that at moment.

Willing to just take the risk and see what happens here. 3 day action, $1 min bid and no reserve - might do a few more of these in the coming weeks to get an idea how to price these new sites for sale.

Yes, the domain, the content, the Google analytics account, and the Google sitemap account.

Buyer will need own hosting account, something basic with a single database available works fine. If help is needed moving it over, I have no problems doing all the installs, uploads and set up on new buyers hosting account at no additional charge.

I can push the domain through Godaddy where its registered now.

I wouldn't mind bidding on this, but to be honest I'm always leary of bidding when there has been multiple anonymous bids, especially towards the end of the auction

I know you wouldn't do it based on your reputation here and in the industry, but my suggestion for any future auctions would be to disallow the private bid thing and make the transaction more transparent so that the bidding history is clear.

Also, regarding payment, how about FullTilt or PStars transfer??

Thanks,
Jason

For established affiliates such as yourself those transfer methods are fine.

Perhaps some people prefer the private bid in order to avoid being spammed with other offers not really sure but I hadn't thought about it, this was the default setting when setting up the auction and I just left it unchanged. The current high bidder is well know here at PAP. I obviously won't disclose who as he/she checked the private box, but I certainly recognize the name.
