WTB Gaming and Non-Gaming Websites

I am looking to purchased established websites with either consistent and documented revenue OR abandoned websites with decent Google Page Rank (PR) and back links (that aren't from link farms and will disappear after purchase).

By established I mean a site with six or more months of revenue history. Google Analytics, AdSense, PayPal, or affiliate account screenshots will be required for purchase in order to verify past revenue trends.

Abandoned websites are websites generating little or no revenue, have not been updated recently, that are OVER 1 year old.

I am not looking to turn running these websites into a full-time job so the time required to keep them running should be minimal and have a decent ROI. In other words, a site that takes about 20 hours per month (1 hour each work day) but makes only $100 in AdSense revenue would be a poor investment as the hourly rate is $5.

I am open to a wide array of websites in terms of subject matter.

I have a budget to invest into the high xx,xxx for absolutely spectacular opportunities but typically I like to buy in the low to mid x,xxx range for established revenue generators and xxx for abandoned sites.

I AM NOT looking for sites that hold inventory or provide any sort of labor intensive service.

Also, I am not looking to invest in your company/website. I prefer full ownership.
